A: To help protect the environment, CrazyStu.com.au is runs a largely paperless system. You can view your invoice online, anytime by logging into your account via the "My Account" Link. On this page, you can view/change your details, view all historical Tax invoices, print them and view auction details. (If applicable).
Your usename will always be the email address you gave us when you purchased the item. Your password can easily be reset by entering in your email address and click on the "Forgot Password" Link on the login page. An email will be sent to the own of the account advising of a new password. This can then be changed to something easier to remember via the "My Account" page.
