Q: Yess/Diginet, is there a support site for Firmware, manuals etc. I am trying to decide which make to go with. Also IS this the same as the TEAC PVR?
A: Please see the technical support/firmware section of our website. There you will find current firmware and instructions for upgrading. The only difference between the YESS DVBT 3688 and TEAC PVR is the brand and hard disk size. The DVBT 3688 is has now been superceeded by the DVBT 4688 which has a bunch of new features. The case design of the DVBT 4688 is the same as the TEAC unit and the YESS DVBT 3688 however it should be noted that the DVBT 4688 is a far superior unit and has many features over the TEAC unit and the YESS DVBT 3688. Noteable ones include USB, new EPG and interface, better manual.
