Crazystu strive towards customer satisfaction. If something goes wrong with your product, you are entitled to return it to us or the manufacturer.

We do advise you contact us either via email or telephone before returning any items as in many cases we can have the problem sorted out over the phone.

We generally find returning directly to the product distributor is a faster way of having a product repaired or replaced. Sending the product directly to CrazyStu, while within your rights simply causes unnecessary double handling of your product which usually delays the return procedure.

CrazyStu will pay for return shipping if a product is deemed to be faulty within 14 days of the product arriving at your house. Outside of 14 days, we do ask the customer pay for return freight to CrazyStu or the distributor, however in turn Crazystu will cover the cost of having the product sent back to you.
