Crazystu.com.au is service based online retailer started in 2007. During this time, we have grown to become the number 1 independent online retailer of PVRs and Media Players. We consider ourselves different to our competitors because we strive to engage our customers in both sales and support.

Product Knowledge

Product knowledge is key to our success. Every product we sell on Crazystu has been used and tested by our staff. When a new product arrives, we place it on the test bench and put it through its paces. We read the manual and relevant forum material to ascertain the kind of questions our customers will want answered. This means if you have a question, chances are we'll be able to give you an answer right away. If not - our sales and support staff will actually set up the devices on our test bench in order to provide a clear and definite answer to your question.

Clear Informative Photography

At Crazystu, where necessary we attempt to have the products we sell professionally photographed from all angles to provide a more informative experience than can often be achieved in store.

Detailed product Descriptions

Where possible, Crazystu write our own product descriptions. Most often, the product descriptions are written by the same sales staff you speak with on the phone. The process of writing description often involves our sales staff physically using and testing the device on our test bench.

Extended Support

Crazystu have trained support staff who specialise in Audio Visual Electronics. Our friendly support staff are equipped to offer phone support during business hours as well as email and chat support after hours.
For your convenience, our phone lines are open 8:30 - 7:30pm Monday to Friday, however we regularly check and respond to emails after hours. We also have a convenient chat feature which enables our customers to quickly source the answers they need in regards to sales or after sales support. Our chat operators are the same sales and support professionals you would speak to over the phone meaning you can often chat with them online after our phone lines have closed.

Quick Delivery

Unlike many online retailers, Crazystu actually hold stock. This means we can usually get your order out to you within 24hrs. For those located between Newcastle and Wollongong it is not unusual to receive your item the very next business day. Please check with our staff to confirm delivery lead times.
